We did it.

Target reached • August 2026

To every resident who signed up, shared the link, knocked on a neighbour's door, or simply spread the word — thank you. You made this happen.

What started as pockets of frustrated residents determined to make things better has become something remarkable. In just over two months — two months ahead of our October target — you helped us reach the membership threshold needed to formally establish a Residents' Association.

This is your achievement. Every single sign-up counted. The Steering Group is deeply grateful.

Why this matters

With formal recognition, a Residents' Association gains the legal right to be consulted on service charges, request information from the landlord, and represent residents' interests. You have made this possible.
